    1. Why should I use Cost.com?

      Cost.com offers great features such as Comparative Shopping , Exclusive Coupon Codes, and Cashback incentives. We partner with the web's largest retailers to save you money. Why pay more when you can buy it at Cost?

    2. What is the Cashback program?

      Cost.com has partnerships with some of the biggest online retailers in the industry. We act like a broker; we send Cost users to merchant sites and they reward us a "finder's fee" - we share that money with our users through our Cashback program. Be sure to look for the Cashback percentage incentive for qualifying products.

    3. How does the Cashback program work?

      Find a product by searching for keywords or by browsing through our stores. When you find a product that offers a Cashback reward, click on it. A new web browser window will open up to the partnering online retailer (please be already signed in to their site). When you complete the purchase, your Cost.com account will be updated. Depending on the merchant, it may take between 4 and 12 weeks for the purchase to be verified. Once verified, the Cashback amount will be Available. You may have to meet a minimum payout amount before you can request a payment.

    4. Do I have to sign up for an account to use Cost.com?

      In order to take advantage of the Cashback feature, you will need to create an account. Click here to Sign Up! You can however, freely browse through our catalogue of products without signing up.

    1. What are the minimum payout amounts?

      Cost requires that you accumulate at least $25 Available dollars before you can request a payment. After that you can cash out at anytime; your earned balance will never expire.

    2. Is the payment automatic?

      All payments must be manually requested. This can be done by logging in, navigating to the My Account page, and then selecting the Request a Payment option.

    3. How do I receive my Cashback payments?

      You can choose to have payments sent to you through PayPal, or by check. Your preference and payment settings can be accessed through the Update Payment option on the My Account page.

    4. How long will it take to receive my payment?

      PayPal and check payments take between 2-5 weeks to process

    5. Am I paid in full?

      Yes. When you request a payment, the total available balance in your account is sent to you in one lump sum.

    6. I didn't get paid, what do I do now?

      We take pride in our exceptional customer service. Please click the Contact Us link and select Account Support from the category drop down menu. Please provide us with as much information as possible in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    1. How do I change/update my account information?

      Be sure you are logged in, then go to the My Accounts page. There, you can choose to update your email, contact info, password, balance overview, and payment method.

    2. How do I request a payment?

      You can choose to have payments sent to you through PayPal, or by check. Your preference and payment settings can be accessed through the Update Payment option on the My Account page.

    3. How do I choose the method of payment?

      Be sure you are logged in, then go to the My Accounts page. Select the Payment Method link, then choose the appropriate payment you prefer; either PayPal, or by Check. Be sure to verify you have entered the appropriate info for each such as PayPal email address and/or mailing address.

    1. How do I find a product?

      You can use either the categories on the left side of the page or you can type the name of the product into the search bar to get product results.

    2. How do use a coupon?

      Special offers available on Cost.com may contain a coupon code that you will need to enter in a dedicated field on the merchant website. To take advantage of our coupons, grab the code, click on the offer link, and enter the code in the coupon space (also called promotional code, source code, or promo code) at the store's checkout. When an offer doesn't have a coupon code, just follow the link and your savings will be automatically applied to your order!

    3. How do I track the status of my order?

      Cost.com provides savings and Cashback incentives, but since we are not a retailer, we do not provide support for shipping status. Please contact the retailer or merchant you completed the purchase with for shipping concerns.

    1. The product I searched for is not here. How can I add it to take advantage of the Cashback feature?

      We aim to have the most complete product catalog possible. If there is a product you can't find, please use the Contact Us page and select "Other Inquiries" from the drop down menu to let us know. Please include as much information such as Manufacturer and Model number in your note.

    2. Can I make multiple purchases from a single merchant?

      Cost.com's Cashback program requires you to click on our product listings in order to open a link with our partnering stores. Once that link is established, you can stay on that partner's site and each purchase you make will count toward your Cost.com Cashback balance.

    3. Will I need to sign in or create an account with a partnering store?

      Yes. The shopping cart, checkout, and payment will be made on the partnering store's site. You will need to create an account with them to complete the purchase. It's important that you click on Cost's product link after you've signed into the partnering site in order for your purchase to be properly credited to your Cost account.

    1. A review is offensive, what can I do?

      If you encounter a user review that contains offensive language, is off topic, or otherwise considered spam, please let us know. You can give us the details through our Contact Us page, and by selecting the "Report review/content" option in the pull down menu. Please copy the text and include the URL found in your web browser's address bar.

    2. How do I leave a review for a store and/or product?

      Please share your product experiences, both good and bad, with other savvy shoppers using our review feature. You can leave reviews for both stores and products. When on the store or product page, click on the "Write your Own" link next to the star rating. On the resulting page, choose your own star rating by dragging your mouse across the stars. Fill in the required Title and Description fields; try to think of what would be useful to another shopper; be concise, yet specific. You can also type a quick Pro and Con statement, and sum your opinion up in the Bottom Line field.

    1. Why does another window open when I try to buy a product?

      Cost.com has partnerships with the biggest online retailers in the industry. While Cost provides comparative shopping, reviews, exclusive coupon codes and Cashback incentives, Cost does not handle the sales of the products. In order to take advantage of these benefits, your purchase will have to be made on our partnering merchant's website.

    2. If there's a problem with shipping, who do I contact?

      Cost.com provides savings and Cashback incentives, but since we are not a retailer, we do not provide support for shipping issues. Please contact the retailer or merchant you completed the purchase with for shipping concerns.

The more information you can provide the better; specifics like the browser type and version, screen resolution, and JavaScript settings will help us to solve the problem quickly.

    5. The coupon code didn't work, what do I do now?

      Once in a while a merchant may make an error with the Coupon Code they supplied us with. Please use the Contact Us page and select "Report bugs or technical issues" from the drop down menu. Please provide us with as must info as possible about the product, the merchant, and the Coupon Code used.

    6. How do I return a product?

      Cost.com provides savings and Cashback incentives, but since we are not a retailer, we do not provide support for product issues. Please contact the retailer or merchant you completed the purchase with for product concerns.

Their purpose is to store information such as login info so features like the "Remember Me" option function correctly. They are there to improve your shopping experience.
